Our team is the result of European success stories: Julia Brömse was born and raised in Western Germany. Daniel Krüger was born in the former GDR. And Christoph Wagner is an Austrian journalist living and working in Berlin. We’re from three different countries. Luckily we grew up without barriers. In our job and daily environment we are used to work with people from everywhere in Europe. None of us has ever suffered from discrimination or even racism.
On our journey we’re going to meet young people who are prohibited to work in a specific job, who are excluded from society, who are discriminated every day. We wonder how it is possible that some countries are fully integrated into the European Union but fail to integrate minorities in their own societies.
